- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
- Items like perishable pet food, grooming tools, or hygiene products are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons.
- Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the item was delivered incorrectly or damaged.
