Refund Policy

We strive to provide the best services and products for your beloved pets. However, if you’re not satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  1. Services:
    1. Cancellations made at least 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund.
    2. No-shows are non-refundable.

 

All refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, subject to bank processing time.
